Balloon Up
Objective: To promote coordination, focus, and teamwork by keeping a balloon in the air through movement play.
Equipment/Setup
- Balloon(s) or soft beach ball
- Space to keep it up
How To Play: With balloon thrown in the air, children tap or gently hit the balloon to keep it in the air, with the goal of not letting it touch the ground. If it touches the ground, the whole group will participate in an exercise chosen by the leader.
Modification Chart
