The 2026 NFL Draft Experience presented by American Express - the NFL's ultimate fan festival - will take place during all three days of the Draft at the North Shore, including Acrisure Stadium, and Point State Park. This FREE fan experience invites locals and visitors to participate in immersive exhibits and sponsor activations; take photos with the Steelers' Vince Lombardi Trophies; enjoy the youth-focused Play 60 Zone and participate in games and clinics on the field at Acrisure Stadium; shop exclusive merchandise at NFL Shop; and score autographs from current NFL players and Legends at the Autograph Stage. The player appearance schedule will be announced beginning April 20, 2026 and available exclusively in the NFL OnePass app.

Parking
Participants are encouraged to check the Pittsburgh Parking Authority website or PARKPGH app to see which parking garages/lots in the area have spaces available on race morning. We also highly encourage participants to utilize Pittsburgh Regional Transit as a race morning transportation option.
An option on race morning is for participants to park at the First Avenue Garage and Station, before riding the T to PNC Park to the start line.

Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, baby joggers, strollers, roller skates and rollerblades are not permitted on the course at any time.
Dogs are not permitted on the course. If you have a service animal, you may participate in the 5K with prior approval. Please contact info@p3r.org.
Yes! When you register for the event, you can select the virtual option. We will mail all of your items to you after the event.
If you are unable to run this event in-person, you can select the virtual option during the registration process. We will mail all of your race items to you (you don't need to come to packet pick up) and you can complete your event at your own convenience.

The course pace limit is 20 minutes/mile.
You can use the PARKPGH app to see which parking garages/lots in the area have spaces available.
We encourage Movers to park downtown and take the T from Gateway Station to PNC Park or walk from Downtown to the start line.
To safely accommodate the event, roads will be temporarily closed on race morning:

Location: Portions of the North Shore and Downtown Pittsburgh along the official 5K course
The course will begin near PNC Park, cross into Downtown via the 16th Street Bridge, and finish near Point State Park—placing participants at the center of Draft festivities upon completion.
Roads will reopen on a rolling basis as participants move through each section of the course. Event organizers have worked closely with city officials and public safety partners to minimize disruptions and align with the broader traffic plan already in place for Draft weekend.
There will be awards for the top 3 Male, top 3 Female, and top 3 Non-Binary.

We understand the importance of catering to various dietary needs and ensuring transparency about the ingredients used in the food we offer. Below is important information regarding allergens and nutrition for the food items being served:
Allergens:
- Our food items may contain allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and fish.
- We take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, but please be aware that our food is prepared in a facility that handles allergens.
Nutrition:
- We strive to offer balanced options that cater to different dietary preferences.
- Nutrition information, including calorie count, macronutrient breakdown, and ingredient list, is available upon request.
If you have specific dietary concerns or require further information about any of our offerings, please don't hesitate to ask our staff.
There is no minimum age for the 5K.
So many upfront costs are included in your registration that we’re unable to offer refunds or deferments. As a non-profit organization, P3R’s mission is to inspire any and all to MOVE with us. Any revenue we bring in goes directly toward that mission, including our focus on helping more than 8,000 kids in more than 200 schools through our Kids of STEEL program.
If you can no longer attend the race in person, you do have some options:
- Switch to the virtual event and run your race whenever and wherever you like (we’ll ship your gear to you)
- Transfer your registration to another participant
You may transfer your PicksBURGH Draft Day 5K registration by logging into your Race Roster account. Please note that there is a transfer fee plus any applicable change in registration fees
If you notice a non-emergency issue, such as a pothole, a hazardous sidewalk, or a downed wire, please call 3-1-1 to report it to city services. 3-1-1 service requests are directed within 24 hours to the city agency that works to solve your issues. City agencies respond to requests as quickly as possible.
For suspected crimes or non-urgent safety concerns, contact 3-1-1.
Please call 9-1-1 for emergencies, such as reporting a crime, fire, or medical emergency or if the situation poses an immediate threat to someone's safety or life.
