Objective: To help children develop body awareness, coordination, and following directions while having fun through music and movement.
Directions:
- Sing the song and utilize the Modification Chart below.
- When you reach (a), name a body part you think is most appropriate for that age.

Motions:
- Put body part in circle
- Take body part out
- Put back in and shake it
- Do a turn
- Clap
Modification Chart
