This or That
Objective: To develop decision-making, listening, and social interaction skills through fun, movement-based choices.
Equipment/Setup
- Cones/markers to define starting zone in the middle of the space
- Designate answer zones, one for "This" and one for "That" for kids to go to
- Have kids start out in the center
How to Play: Leader asks a question that has two options participants will choose between. They will go to the chosen side and complete the exercise the leader gives.
Example: If you like cats, go to spot 1 - if you like dogs, go to spot 2.
Spot 1 = 5 jumping jacks. Spot 2 = 5 toe touches.
