The 150-mile passage, beginning in Cumberland, MD and ending in Pittsburgh, PA, draws nearly one million visitors annually and serves as a wish list item for cyclists, hikers, runners, and walkers from around the world. Crossing bridges and passing through tunnels, the famous, mostly crushed limestone track explores the beautiful landscapes and winding rivers that live within the Pennsylvania and Maryland borders.
