400 Meter Repeats

Description of Activity

 Time for another speed workout! After you warm-up, it’s time to run 400-meter repeats! If you do not have access to a track, you can run continuously for a set time and recover for the same amount of time. Make sure to log your activity in your mileage log. Warm up by doing dynamic stretches and jogging -          Run 400 meters fast -          400 meter Recovery jog -          Repeat 3-4 times -          4 minute cool down
