FITball

Description of Activity

 FITball can be played with any number of players. You will need an inflatable ball of some sort to play FITball. On this inflatable ball write down exercises and movements all over the ball with a marker. Pass the ball around the room, you must perform what action that your hand is touching when you catch the ball!
