Sprint Ladder Workout

Description of Activity

Time for another speed workout! After you warm-up, it’s time to run a ladder workout! If you do not have access to a track, you can run continuously for a set time and recover for the same amount of time. Make sure to log your activity in your mileage log. 

  • 5 Minute Warm up
  • Sprint 100m followed by a 100m jog
  • Sprint 200m followed by a 200m jog (Repeat 2x)
  • Sprint 100m followed by a 100m jog
  • 400m cool down

Complete the entire cycle of sprints 2-3 times for more of a challenge.
